It's not been easy for me saving £1k as I only bring home ~£200 pw most of that goes on bills and travel. Now I want to put it to good use I already have a gaming pc I bought it late 2008 and is still powerful enough to run any games. I am not sure whether to add to this current build like turn my HD into SSD get some air cooling as I'm still using Intel stock fan :/ and maybe upgrade the cpu/gpu or keep saving until I have around 4k and build whole new level gaming system (I was looking at http://www.razerzone.com/razer-edition-systems that is so cool and would go nice with my keyboard.

My computer spec
Cpu - I5 4670k 3.40ghz
Gpu - Gtx 770 2gb
16gb ram corsair vengeance
Mobo Asus z87-k
Tower zalman z11
1TB WD blue HD
120gb Kingston SSD < Run my games on
Monitor Asus 27" PG278Q G-Sync 144Hz.
Mouse Razer molten
Keyboard RAZER BLACKWIDOW CHROMA.
Custom made desk 186x2.8 cm

Reason is, I love gaming spend most of my free time on my pc playing Mmos but my tower starting to be very loud and overheating I placed a Desk fan directly facing my tower to keep it cool It is the SSD that is making it hot, after a while can make my room too warm. So do I find ways to keep my computer cooler, quieter and maybe faster or go for whole new build to get results to my Monitor.

I sorry if my post hard to read my english skill not great I did try make it clear also If I don't get back to you guy right away it's because I work and will get back to you by the evening thanks.

I'd upgrade the SSD not just because of temps but the Bait & Switch Article

Newer PNY SSD Is fine as it's not included in the Bait& Switch

Well i would first like to know your temperatures. You might need a new cooler for you processor . But everything seems good for todays games and for the future except the graphics card. i would pick up a Sapphire RX 480 8GB Nitro+ and you be set.

I would get a used 980 ti hybrid and a refurbished corsair all in one cup water cooler. You should be okay for a while.if you really want to go to town, a used i7 4790 off of eBay will be make your system runs like a bunny for few more years.

I think 1070 is better with some new processes and better Vr support. Having said that, the hybrid 980ti can be had here in the states for $350 or less on eBay. I bought one from EVGA for $375 refurbished w/one year warranty. Now I have 2 of them and my temps under load never exceed 55F. That's why I recommended the hybrid so your over all system temp will remain in check.

compared using UserBenchmark the GTX 770 with the GTX 980 ti and was surprised to see how much improvement it would give, then I compare the ti with Gtx 1070 not worth the upgrade I would much refer to get the GTX 1080 that supports 4k and is over 100% better then the 770. Going with Gtx 980 ti should I upgrade the cpu to like i6700k which is the best cheapest i7. I would also need new case to add air cooling. still need a way to keep my ssd from overheating.

OK what if I was to go with 1080 instead with i7 6700k. I'm not in a rush to build this don't mind saving up more towards better parts.

That would be the most reasonable thing to do, even better, wait for the 1080ti in possibly 6 months or so, and you can be future proof for years to come!

ok go with EVGA. What's your thoughts on the SSD should I replace it, is it normal to have these temps? also can you recommend any quiet LED fans I can replace mine come with the case they kinda loud, not sure if its them or the heatsink fan that makes the noise.
