Overclocking need help

I'm overclocking a i7 6700k I have looked up many tutorials online and I'm shooting for 4.6 with 1.335 voltage When I first adjust these settings everything works fine and I stress tested it for a hour it looked good but when I reboot my PC it always fails I've tried lowering it to 4.5 that doesn't work either and I don't want to go lower then 4.4 any help on what I should adjust to reach 4.6?

Overclocking always fails it's woerd. I have a asus viii formula motherboard and a i7 6700 k I have over clocked it to 4.5 I have watched several guides on YouTube. Whenever PC restarts to apply overclocking the PC stays on I see the lights and everything but the monitor never displays screen PC doesn't start up basically I then have to turn the PC off and on then I get overclocking failed the overclocking will work to some times just never when I try to restart pc
