ok so my uncle asked me to build him a retro pentium 4 desktop pc to use for playing retro games and doing other things we already have the cpu mobo and os the os is xp the cpu is a 3.4Ghz pentium 4 my question is whats the best high end/enthusiest ati or nvidia gpu released between 2003 to 2005 that will work well with this cpu?
before you ask i know a dual core pc would be cheaper but my uncle is old and has always wanted a pentium 4 pc he says its the pc of his dreams that he never got to own so any ideas on what gpu is best
edit his screen res is 1920x1080p as for games her wants to play quake 3 doom 3 starship troopers to name a few all on max/ultra settings
