Hey guys !
Just installed a new PSU on my PC because the old one died. Ever since, I'm having problems with applications closing/crashing for no reasons. Mostly happens while playing games, but none in particular. PoE, Overwatch, LoL, all of them crash very often (like every 15-20 minutes). Also had Google Chrome crash and close once while playing LoL instead of the game itself crashing. Also had a blue screen once, but wasn't quick enough to take a picture or write it down.

My build
PSU : RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W ATX12V V2.2/ EPS12V, SLI Ready, CrossFire Ready, Modular Power Supply
CPU : Intel I5-3570k (3.4GHz)
GPU : EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 4Gb
Motherboard : Asus P8Z77-V LX
Memory : 2x4Gb + 2x8Gb Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3-1600

As I said, the rest of the build had been the same for months without any problems, only the PSU has changed so I'm guessing it might be the cause of the problem but I don't know how since it has more watts than the old one. So far, as long as I'm not playing any games, it seems that the PC is just fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated since as of now, it's litteraly impossible to play any games on my PC.

Thanks !

UPDATE : Realized the "GPU BOOST" switch was enabled on my motherboard. I don't believe it was previously enabled and so I tried disabling it. I might have switched it on previously when trying to find what was wrong or when I switched my PSU.
Played a game of LoL and for the first time since changing PSU, went through a whole game without a single crash.

Could this be it ?
