best gpu for doom 4 1080p 60FPS required

ok so im looking to upgrade from my 750 ti to a better gpu i game at 1080p and wanna play doom 4 and the witcher 3 on high settings with a constant 60fps my budget is 200 usa dikkars un open to new and used cards provided they max me out at 1080p as for my power supply i will be buying that at a later date once i sell my 750 ti im open to amd and nvidia but prefer nvidia if possible due to shadow play

i say the RX 480 :p with vulcan it's a beast. I have a r9 280 (non X) and i get 60 fps. I would get an AMD for DOOM since it was made for AMD. But if you want a future proof GPU. I would get a 1070 or pay a little more for a 1080. :p

I would always pay a little more to future proof your gaming rig :p just my opinion

Depends of the reset of the rig, but the min would be 350 to 400. but i would recomend on 500 so you can upgrade your CPU and maybe add a few other things
