I feel like im in a nightmare right now.

I purchased this graphics card and after finally putting it into place, i excitedly booted up my PC just for it to make 6 beeps and my monitor acted as if it wasnt even connected to my motherboard. It sat blank as if it were asleep.

I read that to make some graphic cards work with your pc, you need to enter legacy mode to get them working..
Problem is, the legacy option is missing from the boot up menu or whatever its called (starting pc, hitting f10, ect)

What do i do?

Things ive tried :
Removing the Intel graphic card/setting/driver that came with the PC
Tried installing the stuff i got on the disc before putting in the graphics card (didnt work)
Looked for legacy mode within the boot up settings and didn't find it anywhere
