Hi,
after the windows 10 anniversary update my PC is freezing randomly. It seems the freezing happens every time primary HDD activity hits 100%. Once restarted it shows "no operating system was found" and sometimes giving off BSODs.

PC temp seems alright (around 30-40c). CrystalDiskinfo is showing good HDD health status. I've plugged, unplugged and swapped the sata cables, checked bios, reinstalled drivers, yet the problem persists. I've tested my RAM with memtest, no errors were found. PSU seems to be alright too 'cause I've unplugged all the extra usb devices+ fans and checked the cables, same thing yet happened. I've also performed sfc/scannow, no integrity violation was found either!

So guys, how can I solve this? Do I need to change my HDD? I'm afraid same thing will happen again even if I fresh install windows!
