Hi, I need to build a PC for Gaming, Animation, 3-D Modeling, and other such art stuff as well as function as a pc for a college student and play games with decent-high frame rate (The Isle in particular)

I'm afraid of buying all the wrong parts and making a horrible PC.

Programs I will be using (not all will be used, but some these are what ive been told by professors I will need to try out):
Adobe Suite
Microsoft suite
Maya
Blender
Unreal Engine
zbrush
Tvpaint
substance painter
unity
mental ray

I legit have no clue what comes with what, so forgive me if the stuff I list here is just common sense to buy.

I need:
front audio jack and usb drives
Disk reader
bluetooth adapter (optional)
the ability to plug in a cintiq 13 HD

Budget: about 900-1,200 (the cheaper the better)

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this !
