As I mentioned above I need the best card for the res...

My PC specs are
Intel i3 530
Intel dh55tc motherboard
8gb RAM
500gb Seagate HDD
Iball lps 223-400 PSU
I can upgrade the PSU if required
Budget is around 200$ Please suggest the best card

The GTX950 or RX460 would be excellent at that resolution.

The GTX 950 or RX 460 indeed. There are variants of either cards that doesn't need a 6-pin power connector. Look for those, and it'll be great.

Here's a Sapphire RX-460 even cheaper. I also got this recently for $99.99 direct from Galax USA - http://galaxstore.net/Galax-Nvidia-Geforce-GTX-950-EXOC-WHITE-2GB_p_91.html Great card for $100 (you have to make an account to be able to add it to the cart).
