stock on 59 fps. gta v

while playing gta v , from stock settings - and overclock 4.3ghz there is no improvement. im stock on 59 fps while vsync is on. when i turn off the vsync my fps gets high but my screen is tearing. is there any tips to fix this while my vsync is off? TIA

You are hitting maximum of what your screen is capable of. If you have lag issues with v-sync (strongly doubt it), you can try forcing tripple buffer either in game (if GTA V supports it) or in graphic card settings (if available). V-Sync with tripple buffer should eliminate the lag. One way or other you won't get more than 59 FPS unless you get a screen that supports higher refresh rate.
