Computer Smells Burnt

Computer suddenly doesnt wake up after mouse is being moved and CPU or either the GPU fan is spinning hard , force power off and try to turn on it works but theres a burning smell, any help?

Full system specs?

Open up your case and look what component is getting fried (e.g. from where the smell comes from, there could be some visual damage also).

MOtherboard seems fine , but i can't open the graphics card and Power Supply to check it , but i didnt saw any fried looking component

Most of the times the burning smell is dust that is getting burned.

Open your case and remove any dust you see.
