Outgoing fax is no problem. Incoming fax, which used to work, doesn't. When anyone tries to send me a fax, the phone rings, the machine turns on and the following message appears with no fax incoming: "Incoming call from private...Auto Answer on...Ignore...Accept." The phone continues to ring for awhile, stops and the printer screen returns to Home. Can you help me?
