Hi, Im looking to upgrade the memory on this motherboard, it has an i5 2400 CPU

Can I use 1 8GB stick or must it be 2 4GB sticks , also what is the max frequency.

Mobo can take up to 4x8GB 1333 - best to get all in a single package, for 8GB total 2x4GB is best as it will run in dual channel - better performance wise than a single stickl
