Would my computer be alright to upgrade to a GTX 980ti

my current 780ti card has burnt out
and im looking to upgrade to the 980ti would my computer be able to handle it?
or what card should i be looking at

my specs are

Intel Core i7-4770K 3.50GHz (Overclock to 4.20GHz)
850W Corsair RM Series 80PLUS Gold Modular Power Supply
4TB Seagate Barracuda ST4000DM000 3.5" SATA III Hard Drive - HDD
Corsair Hydro H100i Watercooling Performance Closed-Loop CPU Cooler
GIGABYTE G1.Sniper M5 Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) Micro-ATX Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz

would it but much of a step up from the 780ti to the 980ti?
im willing the shell the money out for a good card but i want good performance all round if you get me
like if it was your choice what would you do

What I meant is that the FTW versions are some of EVGA best cards (higher factory overclocks and better overclocking potential) besides there Classified (higher power phase) or Hybrid (AIO water cooling) versions.
