I just got the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 750 Ti and whenever I put it into my PC, I end up being stuck at a black screen with a flashing underscore.

My PC boots up fine without it in. I've also updated my BIOS. What is going wrong?
I'll also add in i deteled the intel drivers, since i was told that needed to be done so no problems occured with the graphics card.

Strange that it only occurs with the 750ti installed. It's usually a boot/drive issue.

Do you have your boot drive selected as priority #1 in your boot sequence (in the BIOS)?
It may be that you have a variety of options ahead of your actually boot drive (HDD or SSD), and adding the GPU is adding one more thing your POST is looking at before selecting your true boot drive.

Im not sure if i do, ive looked around in the bios but didnt see any options/priotizing of any sort.. Where would it be located?
And what EXACTLY would i be looking to move to #1? What is it called in bios?

Which motherboard do you have?

Generally, you'll find the options under a "Boot" tab, occassionally "startup" or similar. The word sequence, or priority is generally what you're looking for.

Knowing your specific motherboard (or make/model of your rig if prebuilt) will help give you some more definitive answers.

What you're moving to priority #1 would be either the HDD or SSD 'boot manager' or the drive itself.
What that's called, will depend what you're trying to boot from.

You'd be looking for something with the drive make/model in the name, sometimes it'll even show the model number, sometimes even the connection type.

Something like:
BARRACUDA XX1111111 (where Barracuda reflects a SeaGate Barracuda drive, and the XX11111 would be a model number).

You may see WD Blue XX1111 (if, for example you have a Wester Digital Blue HDD, again XX111 a stand-in for a model number.

Or you may see [SATA] WD Blue XX1111

Made the hard drive #1, put the graphics card back in.. and still.. black screen/
