Guys, i just bought a new i5 4460 and i want to install it to my rig.
Do I have to re-install the windows or i can just replace the processor without any worries?

The only thing I would take into consideration when installing a new processor is making sure your current motherboard supports it and the BIOS version for your motherboard is compatible with your new chip. The most you would need to do most of the time is update your BIOS before installing a new CPU.

Make sure your BIOS is at least V3.7 your motherboard supported your 4160 (Haswell) with V3.0 (April 2013), the The i5 4460 (Haswell Refresh) wasn't supported until the V3.7 (Feb 2014) Bios came out. Might as well update to the newest while you are at it though if you need to update the BIOS Version V3.A is the newest.
