stuck between giabyte ga h170 d3h & ga b150m d3h

processor - i5 6500
ram -16 gb ( 2x8gb hyperX fury )
hdd - 2 tb hard disk drive seagate barracuda 7200 rpm
ssd - 256 gb samsung evo
ps - standard 550w power supply.
motherboard..??????? h150m d3h or b150m d3h
gpu..??????

all specs of the mother boards are same except the under one.-
H170m over B150m -
1. extra 1 - sata express port
2. extra 2 - on board usb 3.0 pins headers
3. raid support on h170 boards
4. power phase difference.
H170m d3h provides - 7 power phase may be (6+1) &
B150m d3h provides - 5 power phase support (4+1)

I am not going to use raid + extra sata express connector.
But does VRM difference 5 vs 7 power phase design really matters..?
& how does it affects the performance.?

so which is better to purchase..?
b150m d3h (5 power phase)
h170m d3h (7 power phase)

H170M D3H is 17$ more than B150M D3H

thank you in advance.

more power phases are better for... reasons, but not super critical. You won't see a performance difference.

Sata Express is a new type of HDD/SSD connector, different from the old SATA connectors you're used to.

Raid support is useful for having a backup HDD, but not good for SSDs. (raiding SSDs hurts their lifespan)

Extra USB 3.0 headers on the board is useful if your case has lots of USB 3.0 ports in the front More than 2

If the $17 doesn't kill you, it won't hurt you to get the h170, but you don't benefit a lot.
