I can't open any program since last full virus scan.

Hello everyone. What happened is that i got some viruses from a shady program and after i got rid of them with microsoft security essential i can't open any program and i get this error: "The version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are runing. Check your computer's system info to see whether you need an X86 (32 bit ) or X64 (64 bit ) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher"
The only way to open a program is if i run it as an administrator.

Seems like the virus did it's job. Try creating a new user account, see if that works. If not, boot off the Windows media and run a repair setup of Windows, they may help.

Tried that, is not working and i can't even repair the windows using the disc.

Do you have a restore point you can revert back to before the virus? Or do even Microsoft utilities not run? You are left with a clean Windows setup to do to get the computer working again.

unfortunately i don't have a restore point and yes, all the programms are running but only if i run them as administrator.
