Will an FX8350 Bottleneck an RX480?

I am going to buy a new CPU since i am stuck with an AMD A8 7650K paired with a RX 470, the CPU is VERY weak and I think i might buy an AMD FX 8350.

I have two questions:

Will my CPU Bottle neck?

And should I get an Intel CPU instead? What Intel CPU would you recommend? Apparently Intel processors don't work well with AMD Cards...

Solution
The FX8350 is not compatible with your motherboard. I recommend going Intel all the way as the FX8350 is old and gets outperformed by the i3 6100 in gaming.

Intel cpus work just fine with AMD video cards.

What is your budget?

I would avoid buying a fx now as it is outdated though it would increase your performance a bunch. (unless you can find a used cpu for cheap)

a rx470 would be fine with the 8350 if games were multi threaded but there not but its wouldn't be that big of a bottle neck.

if do decide to go with the 8350 make sure you got a good motherboard to support it. (not all motherboards support 125 watt cpu well.)

the cpu brand doesn't have to deal with it working with an amd card. the cpu speed compared to the gpu speed does mater.

as for what intel cpu ill stay out of it but even an i3 offer the single core performance of the 8350 (and most games are single core).

Thanks, CTurbo and maxwellmelon, I'm fine with a CPU around 180 - 200 English pounds. I was very surprised that an i3 is as good as the FX!

Im probably going to buy an Intel core now, or should I wait for AM4?

Yes but be careful with ddr3

I would feel better with ddr4
