I am a Graphic Designer, Webmaster, Video Editor ready to build first custom system. I have mostly hands on experience and want to make right choices for all hardware. My office faces the west an between heat from windows and Computer it is warm, should i also invest in water cooling? Budget is around $1000, thanking you in advance for any suggestions given!!!!
