It's quarts, which is good for electronics....... What a mess? Not bad for my first build. Ideally don't think you can do much more with the cable management it only semi modular.

excuses.... you can if you want and try hard enough, you can hide wires nicely, zip tie them together, make that mess look good... my first build I cut all unnecessary wires coming from my $20 PSU, I left just CPU, GPU, 24 pin and sata, It was clean and nice for almost 6 years until I finally upgraded to a fully modular PSU.... so yes, you can hide if you really want, otherwise, yeah, your excuse works just fine
