Hello, now i have this other problem...before windows problem and now this. So I was playing rainbow six:siege and when i clicked options my pc just shut off (by itself i think) and after i turned it back on it was saying window update (so i dont know if the window did it or the pc itself P.S my card was 60 temp that time). The other problem is when i play any games my pc would be screaming and vibrating like crazy...like i can feel it vibration on my desk (pc is on the below my desk, on floor) and its not pleasant...because i built the pc and its like a f1 car...vibrating.

I use Al suite ll to control my fan but it wouldn't let me pick the speed of the fans...it just comes in options, for example when i play a games my fan (case) would go like 6800 or something like that speed. I thought corsair fans were quiet because it said quiet on the box. Oh and also i screw them in (was pretty hard) and if theres anything else but those rubber fan screw thingy please tell me! For example can i stick those corn cushions to reduce the noise or vibration on the fan?

P.S Is it the voltage? do i need more? Pc was built around like 12/05/2015: Also what programs should i download to help my pc? are there virus scanners? please tell me all of those stuff as well

Start watching Task Manager, Resource Manager, and Performance Manager. Hopefully you will find some process or service using all or most of a particular resource: CPU time, memory, drive activity, etc..

It could be multiple versions running, a buggy version, or some combination of everything that is running.

Some bottleneck that effectively slows everything down.

Not the voltage. Not the programs. Virus scanners not applicable.

The problem goes back a bit. If there were vibrations/noise from the start and you did not attempt to resolve things then it all got worse.

And then if you screwed in "rubber fan screw thingy" without some regard to the difficulty then that may now also be contributing to the problems being encountered.

Take it all apart. Try a do over but go slowly and carefully per any instructions that you have.

Hopefully you have not damaged the fans or otherwise caused permanent damage.

Run each fan and see if it is smooth and quiet. If not, then the fan may beyond any further use having been damaged along the way. Or defective to begin with.

Doublecheck the thermal paste applications. Make sure that nothing is interferring with airflows and cooling.

Do not mean to be harsh or critical. It just seems that an initial problem was ignored and thus resulted in the problem(s) the computer now has.

With any luck it may be fixable. Just take the time to do so.

Not sure I understand what you did. Did you loosen the screws to where the fan was quiet and then tighten the screws again? Do not over tighten the fan - also try to keep the screws evenly tight. Loosen the screws again little by little.

As for "really slow": Check the Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Performance monitors to see what applications, services, and processes are running. And what demands they may be placing on system resources.

Need to identify a specific cause or configuration issue first with respect to the slow performance. Then that cause or issue can be addressed accordingly.
