I was listening to a youtube video out of no were my computer freezes completely, i try to ctrl alt tab but it does nothing. I reboot the computer only to find that it doesnt want to boot to bios anymore.

I first thought it was the power supply, i borrowed 2 different psu's and its not that.

I checked the cmos battery and its not that either, I reset the battery and moved the two little pins to reset bios and still nothing.

All of the fans on my computer including gpu fans cpu fan turn on, but the actual computer is not.

There is zero beeps, doesnt launch to bios, nothing...

Now im thinking, could it be the CPU?

I hope not :/

Also specs are

AMD Athlon II X3 450
R9 270x
4x2GB hyperx ram
Asrock n68c-gs motherboard

You will need to take out one piece of hardware at a time, I would start with the memory. take out one chip of memory, Boot the PC, If you post then that memory is gone. if not place it back in it's spot and take out another one. See if you post. Keep doing this with mostly all parts attacked to the motherboard. If nothing ever posts after each thing is tested. I would say your board is fried. It also may be that you power supply is getting weak and old. If you have an extra lying around try replacing the PS with the other.
