How to see multiple drives in File Explorer

So I've just built my new PC which has a 480 GB SSD and a 2 TB HDD. However, after installing Windows 10 onto the SSD, which allowed me to see that my computer recognized 2 separate drives, I only have the option to browse the SSD from File Explorer, marking it as the standard "Local Disk ( C: )" drive. Is there a setting where I can access both drives from File Explorer, as well as let me use either one when installing a program, perhaps as a ( D: ) drive? I plan to use the SSD for games and programs that I use/play often and the HDD for the ones I use less, so being able to see and choose a location on both drives when installing as well as access them (for modding or whatnot) is important.
