Hello,

I have two 7950s in crossfire and I want to upgrade to a 1440p monitor.
Acer Predator XB271HU 27"
I usually play BF4 the most. How would these do in crossfire in BF4 at 1440p 144hz? How many fps would I probably get with everything on ultra? How would it do with newer games or even the newer BF? How will this do for YouTube videos at 1440p? Load quick? If it's not gonna be good enough then I will just wait to upgrade my monitor to when I get the GTX 1080 eventually. Thank you.

Just googling how Crossfire is with Battlefield4, seems it's a hit and miss with that generation and the next 2xx series more so with AMD cpus. Most with Intel cpus seem to fair better with xfire without dramas. Albeit the search results i saw were from last year so not sure if there are more recent discussions and also software/drivers game updates since have improved anything at all.

Would be a good idea for yourself to do some researching on Crossfiring in Battflefield4 i reckon.

GTX1070 would still be a good card for 1440p/144Hz but 1080p for consistency.

Agreed with Baumy15 on youtube videos :)

a 270 is a 7950 and a 270 is a pretty weak card to todays standards, i would suggest waiting for an upgrade, i can confirm however you will be capable of running 1440p in games just not ultra settings and 144Hz

P.S your GPU has nothing to do with how quick youtube will buffer videos, thats all decided by your internet speed, if you have more than 18mbps you can buffer 1440p perfectly fine
