Sapphire tends to make the highest quality board and coolers. But I usually recommend people get from Sapphire, ASUS or XFX, in that order, but also depending on the price. If you intend to try to overclock, the Sapphire Nitro is the one to go for, the cooler is really good.

Sapphire is around $15 cheaper than XFX in my country, so, I guess I should go with Sapphire? Last time I bought sapphire is 5850 extreme and 7570, quite happy with both purchase.
