I would agree with SkyNetRising. You will need to provide some more information on the issue you are facing.
In case the drive is recognized by Disk Management, then I believe you should be able to access it with some data recovery tools. If you manage to do that, you will need to save all the recovered data on another drive.
In case the drive is not recognized over there, then you can attach it with different cables to another SATA port. (you can check BIOS as well) If the drive is nowhere to be recognized even after that, then you will need to contact a data recovery company, if the data is really important.
Keep in mind that you should always keep your most important data stored on at least two places.
