I need to disable my secure boot to get my graphics card to work.. but im missing the option to do so?

This picture here KINDA looks like my bios

Only difference is the fact im missing the option that is circled.. can someone tell me why?

Im really trying to get this graphic card to work on my computer..

I can't see the image, but some BIOS versions have a hidden advanced mode. See if yours does. You can also check with the motherboard support people.
