Asus Strix Pro doesnt work

Hi!
I just bought an Asus Strix Pro headphone and i plugged all of the cables corretcly but a the microphone on the headphone doesnt work. I tried it on my phone (with a converter) and could use it perfectly. I thought its a win 10 bug but now i tried with win 7 and doesnt work.. On microphone tests when i blow in it it shows a little signal but if i speak there is nothing..
Any ideas?

Just checking all the bases... You're using the correct ports? Not trying to use a 2 in 1 jack when there's no 2 in 1 jack on the machine? You're sure you're putting the pink plug into the pink hole? If neither of the machines you were attempting this on had a built in sound card that might be an issue, but most motherboards these days do, which would render the usb sound card useless.

I checked all that u listed and still not good.. I tried the usb sound card because the in built card didnt work well.. I tried the front and the rear holes too and nothing..
