Hello guys,
I am new to this forum so might you will not get enough info for start :)

Components are:
Case: LC POWER 982B Redeemer
CPU: i5-6400
GPU: MSI GTX 960 4gb tiger edition
MBO: MSI H110M PRO-VD
RAM: Hyperx Savage 1 stick 8gb DDR4
PSU: Corsair TX650W
SSD: AMD R3 120gb
HDD: Samsing 1Tb 7.5RPM
COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo

For fans i can place any you recommend. and slots are
FRONT: 2x up to 120mm
REAR: 1x up to 120mm
SIDE: 1x up to 140mm

Currently there is just 1 120mm fan in front as intake (stock) and of course i know it is not good enough.
The thing is that i do not know where is smart to place fans because video card is so long that it takes all free space for video card and separate airflow in top part where is cpu and lower part under video card.
I have few ideas:
1) 2x front intake, 1x rear outtake
2) 2x front intake, 1x rear outtake, 1x side outtake
3) 1x rear intake, 1x side intake, 2x front outtake
4) 1x rear intake, 2x front outtake
I will show you "Paint" drawing of layout might that will help,
Thank you for help in advance :)

About drive cages: i keep in SSD part 1 SSD, in ODD i keep 1 CD/DVD Rom and in HHD part i keep one HDD. Is it smart to put lower SSD to HDD cage and remove SSD cage. i will need bigger SSD bracket for it.

If your middle drive cage is removable then yes remove it & drop drives to the bottom fixed bay.
You'll get far better GPU airflow.

Ssd's , no moving parts , run incredibly cool - you can fix them with 3m double sided tape or a tie wrap , no need tk spend money on a bay converter.
