This is the build i came up with
Tell me if i should change anything

I took all your written down parts and created pcpp list in AUD, total is over $1000 while missing the MoBo pricetag.

There's no point in getting Z-series MoBo with non-K CPU.
Either get K-series CPU with Z-series MoBo (while price goes up) or get H-series MoBo to match non-K CPU.

Composed a 2nd list to get as near $1000 as possible. Had to downgrade some parts though, while GPU got upgraded.
