That GPU draws less than 60w, and that CPU, less than 54w. Nothing else in your PC draws significant amounts of power, so you really could get away with a 150-200w unit.

Most on here recommend staying away from the VS units, not because they don't put out enough power, but because they're made with low quality components and if they die, they can take your other hardware with them.
