[Urgent]Port forwarding on my pc

I need port 1604 to be port forwarded but i watched tutorials and other shits but still it doesn't opens i too forwarded it on my router here is the ss of it

make sure it's not your ipv4 address. i made that mistake once and nobody could connect. you want to go to this website: http://www.whatsmyip.org/ OR just type in Whats my IP in google and it would look something like 23. or whatever... and try that ip address, and make it TCP/UDP. hope this helped!

you can also go here : http://canyouseeme.org/ and it will automatically fill in your IP address for you, and just change the port to 1604 or whatever port you want to use, and if it says "i can see you" or something along those lines, your golden, but if it says an error, you did something wrong.

The IP from canyouseeme.org is your public IP address and would be used on the other end to connect to you, you wouldn't need it to configure the port forward. You should only need the internal IP of the computer, which as you stated is 192.168.1.2.
What happens when you put port 1604 in the "Port to Check" box on canyouseeme.org?
I would turn off the firewall on your PC temporarily and see if it works, if it does then you know something in your firewall is blocking it.
