APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: This Week

So i got a geforce gtx 750it and it doesnt work with my PC.. at all.
It freezes at the boot up menu then goes to a blinking black screen.
I can NOT change UEFI settings at all no matter where i go and i do not have a "boot configuration" setting.. So what kind of graphics card should i look for?

BUDGET RANGE: $60-$100

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: World of Warcraft only.

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: Info about my computer ->

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Here is my pc/motherboard

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg.com or Amazon.com

PARTS PREFERENCES: A SIMPLE Graphics card that slides right in and is recognized by my PC

OVERCLOCKING: Unsure of what this even is

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1600 x 900

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I just recently received my geforce gtx 750it after it was reccomended here by another user who said it'd be good for my PC.
When it arrived i was excited. I hooked it up, turned my PC on only to have my screen freeze.
So i kept fiddling with it, googled for at least two hours, UPDATED MY BIOS, DISABLED the graphics card that was put into this PC before purchase and many other things.
Ive spent over 6 hours trying to get it to work and now im getting a refund from newegg when they receive my return package.

I really just want something good but simple. I want my pc to recognize it and not have to go through a million things just to get it to work.

I am on windows 10, if it matters.

akashaun,

Does your PC run find w/ the on-board video?

HP Pavilion spec show a PSU of 300W? Theses new video cards are hungry, hungry, hippos...

Did you plug in the request power pins into your video card?

Yes my pc boots up perfectly fine without a graphics card inserted, it is for sure the graphics card that is causing issues when connecting to my motherboard.

300W yes, i dont need anything crazy, i just need something i can slide in and works instantly instead of having to sit on google for 6+ hours just to find out its not compatible no matter what i do - since i cant change my boot settings on this pc either.
