They are both the 6GB version but the MSI one is a non-reference. I'd go with that one since it should be quieter and have a slightly higher core clock with slightly better OC potential. The MSI is clocked at 1,544 MHz from the factory and the Asus is clocked at 1,506 MHz. For the money, the MSI is easily the better card. It is definitely worth the extra 4 or 5 Euro give or take.

Performance should be the same. Depends on your case. If your case has terrible airflow, buy the reference. Good airflow, get the aftermarket.
