ASUS Z97-AR CPU LED error light and no post

I took back the Intel 4790 CPU and got a brand new one from Intel and got the CPU red LED error light, thought it was a bad motherboard so I get that replaced and I'm still getting the same error! The computer wont POST and I get no display. I'm running out of options does anyone have ideas?

Intel 4790 CPU
G-skill Sniper 8gbx2
ballistix sport crucial 4gbx2
GTX 970
GTX 660
Sandisk extreme pro SSD

What are you doing with a 970 and 660 video card?

Remove the video cards, the ballistic memory, reset CMOS, unplug your 8 and 24 pin power connectors from the board, plug the power connectors back in and see if the built in video works.

Ill try it again. But ive reset the BIOS by taking the battery out. taken everything out leaving only one stick of ram and just the hdmi cable and still gives me the same error.

The only way I can get the cpu light not to show up is by unplugging the CPU power connector

So I went to a local Micro Center to by a new motherboard since ASUS decided to send me back the same one and it works now! Thank you for all the help.
