It depends on the Benchmark. I'm sure the Broadwell-E wins most of the benchmarks that actually are doing video encoding or some other type of multi-threaded intensive task, but I don't think an in-game benchmark would show much of a difference. Neither CPU/Platform should bottleneck a single Titan X. Technically, the -E platform has more PCI lanes, in case you do SLI/Multi-card setups in the future, but in most instances, those lanes don't seem to make much of a difference either.

I think you mean "System RAM" not VRAM. VRAM is the stuff built into the Video Card. If you're dropping that much cash, 32GB of System RAM might be worth it. I don't think I've seen a game stretch past 12GB on my 16GB system (using 3 x 1080p Monitors in...

Unless you hate money, I'd probably go with an i7-6700K, "with it's more advanced architecture, higher clock rate, lower price and more flexible Z170 PCH".

I'd say the Titan X is overkill as well, but the extra VRAM might be useful on the UHD 100Hz monitor. There's always 2 x 1080's as an option, but SLI can be a pain, especially if the game you want to play doesn't have an SLI profile. If you stick with the Titan X, and go with a 170 platform, you probably don't need a 1000W power supply either. 800-850 would be enough with plenty of headroom.

The 950 EVO Pro is a lot of fun. I don't think the extra $$$ there is a waste.

Thanks for the Answer! that was fun to read tho :D
I wanna get the best CPU possible (overall for just gaming) that can be a good couple with the Titan X Pascal. I also thought about Skylake but I didnt get very pleased with the benchmarks compared with the broadwell-e processors. the game that I wanna play the most is Prepar3d (flight simulator). I also dont know if stick with 16GB VRAM or go with 32GB. If I just use it for gaming, I think 16 is enough, but I'm not sure tho.

Plus, it's usually better to get a matching kit now, then to try to add on a slightly different kit later. (Especially if you go with the X99 platform and a Quad-Channel Memory Kit.)
