I'll try and keep this as brief as possible.

First build in 5 years, figured it was time, but like many I'm on a budget.

I'll be able to keep my monitor and the other normal peripherals, so I only need to purchase the System.

This is what I've assembled so far with the minimal knowledge I have. I'm completely open to changing pieces if necessary. I have room to spend maybe 100-200 more as well, this was just the cheapest I could muster.

This computer will be mainly for gaming, and regular less strenuous usage.

As the price beakdown indicates, I'm from Canada. Newegg seems to offer the best all around, but I'm open to purchasing from elsewhere if the price is right.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Wouldn't take much extra to swap to an MATX board, or you could bump up to a full ATX B150 or something. General idea is that you can spend less money and get better performance than the build you had.

Double the RAM capacity, better GPU, better PSU (though it does have a lower end motherboard)

Glad I asked, ha. I will look to make the changes. Any PSUs you can recommend?
