One of the fans of my new card is doing some electric noise, maybe is the coil whine, I'm not sure. Is there something I could do?

Listen this video demostration, I stopped the fan that fails with my finger, so you can compare the noise: https://vid.me/sVrg

Solution
Huh. Sounds as if it ran unevenly. Send Sapphire this video and ask them if they'll send you a replacement fan. Good thing you can now replace just one fan instead of having to RMA whole card.

Almost sounds like the fan is touching something....at first I thought that yellow SATA cable was very close, now I think there is more clearance than it first appeared. Those fans are made to be easily removed, maybe just take it out and see if anything is in there that it could be rubbing on and also see if it feels like the bearings are tight or rough.

I forgot to say that I exchanged the fans, so the one that is failing was actually on the right before I made the video. So I dont'h think that the problem is that is touching something. Thanks anyway!

Hi. I asked the store for a refund and then I bought the RX 480 MSI.

I have the same issue.
Did you RMA the card or did they send you replacement fans?

In my case, I took the card back to the store and they gave me the money. As I said, I finally bought an MSI one.
