Front 3.0 USB ports powered but not working

Anyone know why the 3.0 ports would be powered and my mouse and keyboard lights come on but they wont work? The plug that runs from the ports is directly connected to the motherboard im very confused.

Hi there Clueless_Enthusiast,

There could be something wrong with the front panel. You can double check the connection.
If the case is under warranty, you can contact the place you got it from.

I believe the ports on the back, that are directly attached to the MOBO are working just fine right?
