Single short beep on startup, boots just fine

There is short beep after I turn on the power button, but everything works just as intended. There are no issues while I start, use, and turn off the PC.

I am asking purely out of minor concerns that something might be wrong.

It's completely normal.

The single short beep indicates that the motherboard has passed its POST (i.e. Power On Self Test) routine.
