I have a i3 5020u with integrated graphics I'm pretty sure its 5500. I can play battlefield 4 low settings and stuff at around 30 fps. can I run it?

With having the minimum requirement Ram I think you can run Battlefield 4 on low settings you might need to lower the resolution to quite some extent if you want 30 fps. Better consider an upgrade. I do not think you can run Seige at playable fps here until you get a better video card.
