Hi.
I took my laptop to technical support to formatting, because it wasn't starting.
Since the tech. support formatted my laptop, I have had many problems with video and audio. Some Games that I used to play without ANY problems (like Age of Empires 3 and Age of Empires 2, Dark Souls, Dead Space 1, The Sims 3 etc) now barely don't work. Also, I have tested FlashPlayer games online and they aren't working correctly and even to watch Youtube videos this problems appears.

Usually, when I start to play a game or watch a video, it works fine, but some minutes later the problems begins. Then the distortion stops, but comes back soon.

I have recorded one audio sample of the issue:

I have already installed both Vaio specific drivers for NVIDIA and Intel Graphics and the drivers in the NVIDIA support site.

My laptop configuration:
Sony Vaio SVS131A11X

Intel Core i5 CPU 2.5GHz
RAM Memory: 6GB
Windows 7 64 bits Home Premium (Service Pack 1)
HDD Memory: 576 GB (311GB in use)
Graphic Cards:
Intel HD Graphics 4000
and
NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M LE

I don't know if this help, but task manager shows that my CPU usage ranges are between 5% and 8% when I don't use anything at all in my laptop; around 20% if I just move the cursor; around 50% listening to some musics and ranges from 50% to 100% watching youtube videos ou playing any game. This clarify anything?
Someone adviced me to reinstall all Sony Vaios drivers in their website. I'm doing this, but no better so far.
