Hi, im currently building a gaming rig (more of a budget build really), but i dont really know what wattage i should be looking for.

Can someone recommend me a wattage for my build and a good psu from [ evga b series, corsair cx/cs, cooler master, seasonic, and silverstone only ] not all psu brand is available in my area.

My build is:
Cpu: i7-6700k
Gpu: msi 1060 6g oc
Mobo: msi b150m bazooka
Ram: hyperx 8gbx2 2133mhz
Case: tecware alpha

I dont think my mobo supports overclocking. Feel free to suggest other components for my build :D
Tq in advance.

You can't really go wrong with a good Corsair power supply, and if you know where too look you can get them at great prices. Modular and 80+ Gold usually for a little bit of your money. If you need some help finding a specific one, i'd be more than happy to help though.

This is a great fully modular one with a good 80+ rating. http://pcpartpicker.com/product/Rp8H99/corsair-power-supply-cp9020091na If you need a cheaper one, I can find that too. pcpartpicker.com is a great place to look because you can find all the parts you have and enter them as a build and it will tell you the minimum wattage you need for your specific build. 650W is usually a happy medium for builds nowadays though.

Thats quite good tho, so i should be looking for a 650w. Got any other alternative thats a little cheaper than the one you recommended?

Sure, EVGA makes a pretty solid power supply too. They are just a weird company to make PSU's though since they mainly do video cards. http://pcpartpicker.com/product/g63RsY/evga-power-supply-120g10650xr They're still doing it though, and I haven't heard anything bad about them, so you're golden.

i'm kinda like futureproofing this build
i dont have all the components yet, only the cpu and the case

Nononono, do not get a NEX or b1 power supply, they're very poor value and have average or worse voltage regulation.
Get this OP, it's a modular 520w unit which should be more than enough to power your rig.
Manufactured by Seasonic, one of the best OEMs out there.
The good things you've heard about EVGA are from their G2 series and P2 series which are great.

Okay. ;)
Give me a budget and i'll sort out the rest for you.
You'll need a Z170 motherboard.

Sorry for butting back in here, but I forgot to turn off email notifications, so I saw it and thought I might as well help out. Z170a is the newest and best version of the chipset on the LGA 1151 platform. So better overclock, sli support, etc.

it's alright, i appreciate any help :D
since it can be overclocked and sli supported...
i'm guessing i have to get a liquid cooler (all-in-one),or are fan coolers still still permissible?
@Chugalug_ recommends the "CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler" which is a fan cooler, so i'm lost.
also heard the notua nh-d15 is a wee bit better, not sure tho.
