Hello! First of all I just want to give a link to my part list;

So when I start my system everything lights up but the case fans do not start but the CPU fan starts just fine. Also I get no video output, I have tried to remove the graphics cards but that was no help. What could be the issue? Also just as a side note, my PSU fan starts for a moment then shuts off right away. The motherboard error display only shows "00" aswell.
