Hi Guys
I have tried to restore my computer Window 8 32x and wanted to format the C drive,
Got a msg saying could not format the drive
tried to boot with disc but no luck
When I tried again came a msg Mossi9ng system drive
Need help

I'd advise you to hide your personal e-mail address from the opening post because it's not allowed to share it in the forum.
Unfortunately, you won't be able to format your system drive's partition while still booting from that same HDD.
Why do you want to format it? Do you have any specific purpose for doing this?
It would be really helpful if you share some more details about your computer and its specifications.
If you want to restore your computer, you should simply use the Windows Installation media disk and re-install the operating system from scratch.

During the Windows installation process, you will be given the option to format the drive.

Thanks for the advise
Sorry for the delay as I was busy trying to find technical way owto solv tthe problem
The reason to format the C drive was, attaced by unexpected pop ups site and could not be able to delete them mainly from estern countries lanuages.
Any way i have been able to solv the problem
