Newly built computer need urgent help

My computer would restart after beeping 5 times and then the fan would spin and the led lights are on, and when i plug in the vga cable it doesn't show me anything on the monitor. I didnt plug in my videocard due to it not having a vga cable so i tried doing everything on the mother board.
Specs :
Ram Corsair ram ddr3 16 gb
gigabyte b150 ds3h ddr3
amd 480x
i5 intel 6500 cpu
EVGA 100-W1-0500-KR - 500W 80 Plus Power Supply (100-W1-0500-KR)

I took it off but the same issues is still there

Would i be able to do my work outside the case as i find it really hard to do all the work inside the case, ill be letting you know what i come up with as soon as i get home in 6 hours

Yeah of course, that is recommended practice before building the pc inside the case.
