This is my 4K PC build and I'm not at all sure with the ram. Will I have any problem with this build? And Can you guys recommend me a good speaker. I'm not sure with the CPU-Motherboard-Ram compatibility.

You have some massive overkill going on there... With the build below, overclock as you please and add a second GTX 1080 in SLI when / if you need more graphics power.

Went for TITAN X PASCAL SLI which will give you good 35% boost over GTX1080 SLI.
The reason I am not changing motherboard is to let you add 2-more TITAN X PASCAL in future.
Went for NZXT Phantom 820 as it will spacious even if you go 4-way SLI and even better if you plan on doing custom loop in future.
