Hi again!!!

I've overclocked my msi gtx 950...and some times while gaming i am seeing dark transparent marks constantly.....why??

Solution

Because you overclocked it too much for the voltage its at. Its called artifacting.

There is two ways to fix this, either back the overclock down a bit, or if your card is unlocked and able to, increase the voltage slightly to the GPU.

^ agreed, artefacting caused by too high an OC and too low a voltage for a given temp. However as with all OCing it's a triangle of heat, speed and voltage, change 2 of them and the other shifts. So if temps are OK increase voltage, if temps are not OC decrease clock and decrease voltage until they are OK.
