i currently run on Amd fx 4100 with en 210 silent 1gb ddr3 gpu. i'm pretty upset abt it .... i would like to have a beter gpu have 25k in mind would it be nyc to have the rx 480 running now in my pc and upgrade cpu later ? I won't be gaming in a hardcore way until next year. All i want is to play BF3 online in medium settings on my 1080p monitor and check bluestacks at times. will i cause serious fps drops since my cpu is weak?

no it will not hurt your fps vs what you are getting now, it prob will go up some (up to what the limit that the cpu can supply data to the card), but you will not get the max fps the card could get because of the cpu, the video card will just spend a bit more time at idle waiting on data compaired to if you had a better cpu.

Expect way better experience with your current 210. Significantly so, that every games that has recommended settings by automatically detects your hardware will set to far higher bar than you're currently running while retain as smooth gameplay as possible.

There will be no flicker, or stuttering, or anything unpleasant. Just because the GPU does not run at its full capacity does not mean it will behave badly. You'd only have lower framerates that it should, compared to say; an i3.

Yes, no problem.
Just don't expect the RX 480 would behave exactly like the benchmarks tells you. Those stuff are done with best of the best on every other parts.
